Beck’s 40-Day/40-Night Challenge: Eat Whatever You Want and STILL Lose 50 IQ Points, Effortlessly

This isn’t nearly as funny as Betty’s video...but, man, is it fucked-up.

I’m still not sure what you win at the end of the 40 days…but I get the impression that if you don’t do what Glenn says, God will kill you.

Apologies to Betty for recycling her “IQ” reference from the post below. I swear it wasn’t a conscious swipe—but, somehow, references to sub-normal intelligence seem to be unavoidable when posting on events in Glennbeckistan.

No apology necessary—avoiding references to IQ loss when talking about the Beck Effect would be like barring the use of the word “nuts” on the topic of Orly Taitz.

Glenn’s a mess on the radio today—claiming he and his followers will now be brutally attacked by the media because of their “Faith”...and because media powerhouses like Tommy Christopher are “obviously afraid” of the Beck Awakening.

He’s insisting we run from any religious authorities who talk about politics (i.e., Black Liberation Theology), while insisting that his own faith is utterly non-political because it’s not his fault God ordained and commanded “small government” and “government by family, government by the Church.”

Plus, he’s really “got his Mormon up” today, because his Silver Plates and Magic Shirts are just as good as anyone else’s Stone Tablets and Flaming Swords.

This story could well end with matching track suits, phenobarbital smoothies and plastic bags.

But I’ll settle for established members of the TalEvan beating the crap out of Glenn for trying to muscle in on their turf.
