BLUNT - A New Project

My good friends Paddy and GottaLaff over at The Political Carnival, in conjunction with investigative reporter Jason Leopold, have started a fun new video project called BLUNT. It’s basically a video montage of 5-20 second random thoughts by newsers and newsmakers. This premier vid features Tommy Christopher, Caleb Howe, Alan Colmes, Marcy Wheeler and Cliff Schecter (among others).

Mar, I would say that Marcy comes off looking smug—she’d rather see Republicans win, if it means scoring points in her make-believe Rotisserie Politics League game against “Rahmbama.” It’s always unseemly to see a putatively grown woman engage in the political equivalent “Mommy! Daddy! Lookit Me! I TOLD You So! No one ever listens to me! I hate you hate you hate you and I’m gonna slam my door and listen to the Smiths and cry if you don’t let me get my way.”

Maybe what Rahm should have said is “There are no more grownups left to get,” since the WATB Short-Attention Span crowd seems over-represented on all sides of the spectrum.
