By Popular Request ... Biscuit Comin’ at Ya

Biscuit on the old rocking chair she has taken over. She’s sharing it with her “friend,” a stuffed monkey Chris got for a promotional event at work. Biscuit doesn’t do it that much lately, but she used to drag that monkey around everywhere.

Biscuit loves a shoe box I got with my Adidas kicks and lounges in it all of the time. She also loves the hell out of plastic bags.

Quite unlike our dearly departed Hubcap, Biscuit loves getting up onto the fridge and any other high climbs she can conquer, including jumping up on those kitchen cabinets behind her that host a lot of breakable stuff ... *shudder*. BTW, that black thing behind her is a “boogie box.” They used to make them back when people communicated using their mouths.

For extra comedy, replace those pesky breakables above the cabinet with kickballs. Or don’t. Either way: funny for someone.

BISCUIT AT LAST!

That’s a formidable jab she’s got there.

I was recommending museum wax, Kevin, but I think you might want to move up to Gorilla Glue.

BTW, today is the first day Biscuit is experiencing having both the front and back windows open and she’s been eagerly scurrying back and forth all morning to peer out of them.  She’s a little freaked out by people walking their dogs and the sound of cars driving by.

Kiss the paw, Kevin, kiss the paw.

Yay for Biscuitness!

What beautiful coloring she has. She’s a beauty.

She’s adorable. We haven’t been able to open windows just yet, but with the sunshine, we have the blinds up and the young cat is amazed. She chatters at birds and squirrels and her tail twitches at about sixty miles an hour. But our cats are indoor cats only. They can look out, but they can’t go out.

Fabulous photos, Kevin! Did Chris take them? ;-)

That pic of Biscuit with the monkey looks straight out of the Enquirer—or the Hollywood Reporter. “What Kitteh was recently seen around town pawing a primate? We’ll never tell. ;-)”

Btw, if Biscuit keeps growing, you’re going to need a bigger apartment.

Btw, let me know when she does this.

Great pics!  Biscuit looks like she has some Siamese or maybe Abyssinian in her.

We had a cat once who always wanted to be in the highest place around.  Once at the vet’s she jumped up on top of a high cabinet before we could grab her.  The vet had to bring a ladder in to get her down.  I noticed the next time we were in that they had put a large fake plant up there that completely filled the space. ;-)

Actually, they were all taken by me. And, yeah, she’s getting really big. I think I need to start rationing her dry food.

marin, we’ve got a recessed window with a big ledge/platform in front of it and all winter we were using the pots of the plants, including a few dead ones, to block her from jumping up there.  Since the window’s massive and recessed, I have to climb up there to open it, so today I cleaned out the dead plants and relocated some of the living ones. So far she ‘s been up there all day and hasn’t messed with any of the remaining window plants. Fingers crossed. She messed with several of them when we first got her.  I guess/hope our little girl is growing up.

Sorry, but pictures 6 and 7: Biscuit is auditioning for Dr Evil.
