If the clown shoe fits…

Good christ, what a sniveling imbecile…

In his post-meeting news conference [Lindsey] Graham also raised questions about [Sonia] Sotomayor’s temperament. He said that while she was friendly in the meeting, he could not simply ignore reports of her fiery attitude.

“I believe she does have the intellectual capacity, but there is a character problem, there is a temperament problem,” he said.

Wonkette’s Jim Newell has a more about “generally bad human” Graham’s meeting with Sotomayor here.

UPDATE: Here’s the full video of his press conference…

“fiery attitude”. Hmmm, what could he possibly be referring to?

Clown is right. Imbecile is right.  I hope his balls never drop, now!

By all accounts, Judge Sotomayor is tough and direct, traits that send Graham and his ilk into ecstasies when displayed by a man but cause the old landing gear to retract right into the fuselage when displayed by a woman.

This is the same Graham who revels in being called “jerk” and other endearments by the famously mercurial John McCain. But Sotomayor has a “temperament problem.” Uh huh.

Christ, I bet he’s also afraid she’ll start singing “America” from West Side story during oral arguments.

Dear Lord please keep these knuckle dragging peckerwoods out of my face.

Lindsey Graham?

I LOVED him in Sordid Lives!

Any of the regulars could do a far more stinging takedown of Lindsey Graham than I, so I’ll simply note that the pic of him in clown makeup would have given John Wayne Gacy night terrors.

I hope Graham doesn’t plan on running again, because he sure as shit just lost the whole “hot-blooded,” “firecracker,” “spitfire” and “Jalapeno Honey” demo.

This, coming from a man who enthusiastically supported John Bolton.

Is that the South Carolina flag behind him or did a gust of wind blow the feather boa off his shoulder?

Is that a masonic hand pose he’s got in his portrait photo?
