Wouldn’t Obama supporter Toni Morrison be pleased to know that her misspelled name is being used by a PUMA loon (who regularly posts at a blog responsible for propagating the “whitey tape” rumor) to reel in cash for her organization and honor an insanely privileged “lady” who rolled onto CNN to utter the following about Obama:

“This is a hard decision for me personally because, frankly, I don’t like him. I feel like he is an elitist. I feel like he has not given me reason to trust him.”

Well, if we’re crossing i’s and dotting t’s, another Nobel Laureate whose name’s being used by TNA is no longer with us (d. 1972), but her descendants would probably appreciate her name being spelt correctly, too. (Hint to Siskind and Lady Ladedadetcetera - it’s Maria Goeppert-Mayer, not Maria Geoppert-Mayer.)

Gosh, it’s almost as if they just plucked these names out of thin air without knowing anything about them.

That’s funny, because I received a lovely letter in the mail the other day from Toni Morrison, on behalf of the Southern Poverty Law Center.

She neglected to mention anything about Lady Lynn. I’m sure it was an oversight on her part.

In the annals of lame theme programming, “Blazing a Path to Parity” is right up there with “Full Speed Sideways!” “Bending the Glass Ceiling,” “Speaking Truth to Disproportionate Representation” and “Evenness or Bust!” Inspiring she ain’t.

How this obnoxious and frankly detested crypto-social-climber with no agenda and zero Feminist cred can bootstrap celebrity participation in a fabricated “event” honoring a lightweight recreational political hobbyist no one respects and she herself barely knows isn’t, in the end, a “mystery”—it’s the classic Mary Kay model of multi-level retail ratfucking.

No one will be more shocked and humiliated by the creepy artificiality of this gathering than the real achievers who thought they were lending their names to a legitimate forum.

The “Blazing a Path to Parity” bit appears to have evolved over time, probably due to an underwhelming response to the original “let’s get together to kiss this whiny fat cat banker-socialite’s ass” theme.

When will Amy and the New Agenda endorse Orly Taitz for CA Secretary of State? After all, she’s a woman, and she’s running against a black man.

Amy Siskind is every bit as insane as Taitz, but as long as Tina Brown and Co. insist on giving her space, I’ll consider it my duty to keep reminding the readers how heinous she truly is. Interesting that I haven’t seen her over at MORE lately.
