I mean this without hyperbole: there are quite literally days when Jon Stewart is the only bright spot in the media landscape.

Greatest, spoof, ever!  That was win on so many levels, worthy of an Oscar.  Jon, you are my hero.

That’s just ... more herbs and spices please.

Worthy of Moliere.

My favorite part?  The schtick with the glasses.  Or maybe the long pause while you know he’s going to say “Hitler”.  Or the crying.  Oh, it was all good.

He deserves another academy award, just for that skit alone!  His Beck spoof was spot on!

My favorite part was seeing the words “Purity of Essense” on the blackboard.  Sublime.

“Sorry videos are not currently available in your country”

The Beck thought police have gotten to the Brits now too?

Sadly, I can’t find it on Youtube yet either, and I missed its showing on TV. :(

Aha! Media Matters now has the clip. And it was worth the wait.

Jon Stewart will save old media.  He will.
