Kevin James goes down in flames

I actually saw this yesterday when it aired on MSNBC. Say what you want about Chris Matthews (and I have), but his takedown of Los Angeles wingnut radio spewer Kevin James was a thing of beauty.

Yeah that dude would not shut the fuck up…It was to the point where I wanted him to pull an Allan Keyes show special and “cut his mike!!”!

And when it finally sunk in that he wasn’t gonna fool anybody with his yappin, he found out how foolish the concept of applying “apeasement” to acts in which the supposed apeasee is gaining nothing from a dialogue. Pat Buchanan and Scarborough are dirtbags but they’re smart enough to stop diggin a semantic hole that clearly hasn’t work for the republicans over the past seven years. They’ve single-handedly turned terms like: Neville Chamberlain and Nazi’s into cliches. Their party is done, the concept of their Pavlovian mantra of tax-cuts is finished…McSame has his Bill Clinton albatross (Bush). I still think the worst is to come for Matthews though…this guy refuses to put in any work on McCain. The feel-good “Age of his mom” stories can not be wheeled out anymore. So I give Cindy McCain another two weeks before Cindy’s poppin pills again from taxgate.

Well, if Mike Gravel is responsible for WWII then he’s also responsible for the downfall of the League of Nations, and by extension, WWI and Communism. That Bastard!
