I read the NY Times article this morning about Jowl Lapdogerman finally getting the cold shoulder from his Democratic colleagues in congress for his role as attack puppy for McSame and something really bothered me about this photo of that ran with the piece. It reminded me of something but I just couldn’t nail it down.

Then about an hour ago it dawned on me.  It was the way he was standing and that spooky half-grin he was wearing.  Ah, yes!  Now I know…
