Looks like faucetman needs the gasket replaced on his skull-casing.

I thought Orly did a good job with this interview.

The interview said this had been “reviewed, and reviewed, and reviewed,!” Huh?...By whom?

Has anyone seen these documents? Birth certificate? School records? Passport records? etc?

Nope, sorry, people are stupid.  And you’re one of them.

Orly is such a fucking stool she FORGOT TO SIGN the incendiary, frothing Motion to Reconsider that she filed, yesterday, in response to Judge Clay Land’s spectacularly in-her-face ruling to dismiss and paint-peeling admonistion to never file in his court again, under pain of a Bodacious Judicial Melvining.

Now, she thinks she’s going to have Barack Obama on the witness stand in January because she can’t read, won’t listen and doesn’t quite grasp that a penciled-in “hold” date for a not-yet-ordered trial is a clerical formality, not a touchdown.

Correction. Here is Orly’s “Motion to Reconsider” in the Rhodes case (actually an Emergency Stay of Deployment and Urgent Fuck-You to Judge Land).

It’s becoming nearly impossible to keep all of her stupendous failures sorted out on my browser.

You need the new Firefox add-on BirtherTabPlus.

Plaintiff avers that there is increasing evidence that the United States District Courts in the 11th Circuit are subject to political pressure, external control, and, mostly likely, subservience to the same illegitimate chain of command which Plaintiff has previously protested in this case, except that the de facto President is not even nominally the Commander-in-Chief of the Article III Judiciary.

Oh yeah, that’s a winning argument.

But in so ruling, albeit in obiter dicta this Court ignores some of the soundest and most carefully researched and professionally assembled and presented evidence, collated and substantiated by a former agent of England’s Fabled “Scotland Yard”.

How Fabled is Scotland Yard? So Fabled that one uses an i-cap with the adjective. Game over, Hussein! The boys from Scotland Yard are on the case. And they could call in Sherlock Holmes Just. Like. That!

Ever notice that Taitz looks Photoshopped into every setting—even live TV? Sometimes I think the media invented her just to fuck with us.

Her twin is running for Dodd’s seat in CT :-)

@oblomova—You laugh, but Orly is assisted by both Inspector Lestrade and the folks who “negotiated” for two substitute suspects in the Lockerbie Bombing.

Nah. If she has a detective doppelganger, it’s a toss-up between Clouseau or Dreyfus.

Oh for the love of Revlon Superfrost Pink, Orly forgot to sign her filing?? Not only that, but she apparently used the wrong form.

Judge Land must go back to his chambers and scream into a pillow during recesses.

This woman should be deported.  Send her over to Joe Arpaio in Arizona, he’ll take care of it.

Santa Ana is a short trip down the freeway, I will try to be there for the Oct. 5th date and will definitely be there to report live on Jan 11th and 26th. What a clown, I cant wait!

That voice makes me want to step in front of a train.

Motion for Stay denied, and Judge Land hits another one out of the park with the threat of $10,000.00 sanctions (that’s what happens when you accuse a Federal Judge of Treason Orly you idiot)

Can’t wait to see Orly’s reaction.

Judge Clay Land—Constitutional Hero and REAL American.

That THAT, FreepNation.

#####—Can a person be thrown out of the courtroom for uncontrollable laughter?  That’s what I’d be worried about.

I say it again:

Supreme Court Justice Clay Land has a nice ring to it.

Yowch. More of Judge Land’s ruling against Orly. BTW, he’s a BUSH APPOINTEE, for you Freepers:

If counsel had carefully read the Court’s order, she would have understood that the Court dismissed the Complaint based upon abstention principles. Furthermore, competent counsel would have understood that the Court was required to address abstention prior to ruling upon the motion for a temporary restraining order.*

*emphasis added, by me, because it’s just so damn good.

“Abstention” being, I think, that the Court would have, generally, had to abstain from ruling in the first place, as that would be interfering in the Army’s business.  Otherwise, soldiers would be suing to get out of their orders continually. Which was carefully explained in the first ruling, and which Orly conveniently ignored.

Oh, and the plaintiff?  Didn’t authorize the appeal, doesn’t want it to proceed, is shipping off to Iraq as ordered, and plans to file a complaint with the California bar against Oily Taint.

Suck my sweaty balls, Freepers.

And now, breaking news from Bad Fiction:  Soon after this was posted, the US district court in Georgia posted a letter from Dr. Rhodes stating she never authorized Dr. Orly to appeal the courts decision, and she intends to file a complaint with the California State Bar on Dr. Orly’s actions.

It’s a race to get Orly disbarred! Who will get there first?!

Orly, we hardly knew ye.

It is exceedingly frustrating that Orly’s blog is down. It’s too bad that we’re not listening to the shrieks and moans of the Undead Litigator as Judge Van Helsing taps in the stake.

Ever notice that Taitz looks Photoshopped into every setting—even live TV? Sometimes I think the media invented her just to fuck with us.

Holy shit , it’s all so clear now. Orly is actually Max Headroom 2.0, with really bad hair.

I can do nothing but snicker.  I hope she refuses to disembark and rides that ship all the way to the bottom of the FAIL-Kamchatka Trench.

This slow motion train wreck that we’ve been watching for all this time looks like it’s about to come to an end.  What if Orly gets fined and doesn’t pay it?  Will we see her dragged off to jail for contempt of court?  Oh, Mrs. P.  I can’t wait to see how you’d draw her jailbird pajamas!

Actually,...I think the 2 million conservative march last weekend has already made a difference.

Did I somehow miss the 2 million loonies march?

Is it to soon for “FREE ORLY” t-shirts and stickers? I can’t wait to see the protests!

Actually,...I think the 2 million conservative march last weekend has already made a difference.

Sure it has. Those who believe the numbers now know for sure there are at least 2 million certifiable wankers living in the US of A.

Whatever the “2 million conservative march was,” I think it happened the same day those 70,000 Teabaggers showed up in DC with their funky hats and snake-flags to bitch about the lack of decent, tax-funded mass transit.

Yes, it is entirely possible to slip 2 million extra people into a city with a population of approximately 600,000 without anyone really noticing their presence.

Happens all of the time.

You can tell the crowd size expected by the amount of portable toilets ordered for an event.  I don’t recall any port-a-john reports for the teabag convention.

Simple explanation for that, gimme.

The teabaggers drink each others’ urine.

The teabaggers drink each others’ urine.

Indeed, Allan, one can’t be too careful when it comes to protecting precious bodily fluids.
