Get a grip, pal.  PSY has been an edgy pop star for several years in So Korea - not gonna change his style just cuz Murkins get wound up over his totally understandable protests over some incidents caused by American soldiers.

Apparently I’m too far out of popular culture to have a frickin’ clue what this is about.  Take that as a hint that a large part of ‘Murika could care less about whatever controversy the wingers are trying to gin up with this one.
