Good cripes, just when you think it can’t get any worse with these deranged, lowlife and, at times, incredibly racist PUMAs, look what I found on YouTube....

Here’s a trailer for a “motion picture” called The Lost Michelle Obama Tapes that was uploaded on August 4th:

At the very end of the trailer, the host, a squeaky behatted fartnozzle, interviews a diminutive pointy CHUD posing as an Obama supporter who is complaining about the use of blackface in the movie and professing that the filmmakers should “never work in this town again.” (I agree and you’ll see why in a bit.)

Cut to nearly three weeks later (this Sunday) and The Lost Michelle Obama Tapes finally made its premiere on YouTube. Here’s the intro graphic:

Now let’s fast-forward to the end of the “motion picture” and look at the ending credits:

At the beginning of the credits we can see that the producer and co-screenwriter of the film is Patricia Lee (aka Patricia E. Lee, Esq.). She’s a talent agent in Hollywood who owns her own agency, Esq. Management.  She’s also a big Hillary supporter and has donated at least $1500 to her campaign.  Here’s a pic of Patricia with Clinton speaking at a fundraiser behind her:

She also played the Obama supporter in the trailer. In addition, she, apparently, thinks blackface is really, really funny.

In the credits for the motion picture we find out that the other screenwriter’s name is Ken Tietjen (aka Ken Sabra).  He’s also a really big Clinton fan, as evidenced by his freaky Hillary-obsessed MySpace page [UPDATE: Lil’ Kenny has set his MySpace page to private so you can’t behold his batshit crazy Hillary obsession —wish I had taken a screenshot] and this pic of him with her:

In addition to playing the dweeb interviewing people in the trailer, Ken, wearing blackface, also stars as Michelle Obama in The Lost Michelle Obama Tapes.  Here’s a still:

That’s Ken, who you may have figured out by now is a loathsome douchebag, on the left and another wretched creep, also in blackface, on the right. I guess having just one person in blackface wouldn’t have been as funny in PUMAland.

I’ve embedded all three parts of The Lost Michelle Obama Tapes below the fold. It’s stunningly racist, sexist and xenophobic. Among other things, “Michelle” is referred to as a “goddamn bitch” by one of her two white slaves and the “grand dragon” of the NAACP ("National Association for the Annihilation of Caucasian People") is introduced, replete with a black hood and robe. And the dreck doesn’t end there.

My fellow Democrats, this unwavering and disgustingly bigoted rightwing shamelessness is what the PUMA “movement” has wrought. A lot of my compatriots would prefer that we all look the other way and pretend the problem doesn’t exist, but as long as these devoutly un-Democratic dirtbags are being portrayed in the national media as poor put-upon victims worthy of infinite patience and compassion and not petulant pissants deserving of scorn and ridicule, I’m going to keep on shining a light on the PUMAs’ lies, exaggerations and vile wingnut-style behavior. And I don’t need a fucking PAC or relentless donation requests to get the job done. All I needs is my Googles.

Re: Carville ... that’s the dog-whistling type thing that is worrisome. The Clintonistas (including Bill and Hill) know how to incite the rank and file without making any overt moves. Poputonian, I’m still holding out hope that Hillary will do the right thing, if only to ensure she has anything resembling a political future left (she would be a shoo-in to be the next Senate leader if she plays this right).  David Schuster just reported on Morning Joe, however, that as of 10 PM last night, she hadn’t turned her speech into anyone at the DNC, saying it wasn’t finished yet.  I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she wanted to hear what Michelle had to say first.

Oh, I think she is going to give a very gracious speech, no matter what. What makes me nervous is the Machiavellian / Rovian maneuvers of public graciousness coupled with behind-the-scenes dirty politics spearheaded through dirt balls like Carville and other Clintonistas. It wouldn’t be hard for them to be stoking these fringe freaks through the individual leadership (Will, Darragh, Lee) all the while smiling publicly and praising Obama. I hope this doesn’t happen, but do these groups really have this much energy on their own?

I didn’t see Carville on CNN last night, but apparently he wasn’t doing much praising. He was pissed they weren’t attacking Bush and McCain more, but last night wasn’t the night for that. The two main speakers were a party legend who was recovering from brain tumor surgery and the wife of the nominee who had to promote herself and her husband as being “safe” because they’re, ya know, black and stuff. Where are you supposed to shoehorn the attack dog stuff into that? Teddy was in no shape to come out swinging and if Michelle went after McCain all we’d be hearing about today is how “angry” she is.

To Poputonian: You may have seen the recent Atlantic story about leaked memos from the Clinton campaign.  All of the staffers leaked a lot of stuff to try and make each other look bad.  No mention of Jesse Jackson or “hard working white Americans” in the campaign strategy.  Those are two isolated incidents blown out of proportion and they did not reflect the campaign’s broader strategy or message.  Those two comments were not as powerful as you make them out to be, and I’d bet that most Americans never heard of them (especially the second one).  I’ve supported Obama through and through, but the media really gave the Clintons a raw deal during the primaries—read the Daily Howler for more.  Don’t be as unreasonable as the PUMAs—please try to reconsider.

Your promise to have the videos down by the end of the day does not seem to have happened ; )

JimmyM, the campaign memos are insufficient to indicate whether Bill or Hillary pursued a high risk strategy to save her failing campaign.  Think about what their public comments were, and the timing of them. Also, remember that they were so far over the line, their long-time ally and loyalist James Clyburn publicly admonished them for their dirty politics. He publicly warned them that their tactics could cause the Dems the White House. Get your head out of the sand. The Clintons are quite capable of dirty politics, and, as I said, they would have recognized their own strategy as very high risk. But at that point, I’m sure they were quite desperate. Having said all that, Hillary redeemed herself in my eyes with her speech last night. We’ll see how Bill does tonight.
