Reversing Bush-era foreign policies is a slap in the face, but rolling back a vestigial edict of homo-hatred from the Gelded Court of the Laffer King is really going to stick in their butts, so to speak.

They’re still busy convincing themselves the new hate crimes bill means they’ll be dragged off for strict instruction at the hands of beautiful but inventively cruel men.

I guess in the “credit where credit is due” department, we should note, as does the article, that this process began under George W. Bush, who actually did seem a bit interested in AIDS efforts in Africa. Oh, except for the Mexico City policy, which meant family-planning agencies that even mentioned the word “abortion” couldn’t get US funds to distribute condoms.

Whoops. Well, when I’m wrong, I’m don’t fuck about with being sort of wrong.
