Quote of the Day

I totally agree with Bob Cesca about this quote from Andrea Fay Friedman, the voice actress with Down Syndrome who played the role of Ellen on Family Guy that had Sarah Palin in a huff:

In my family we think laughing is good. My parents raised me to have a sense of humor and to live a normal life. My mother did not carry me around under her arm like a loaf of French bread the way former Governor Palin carries her son Trig around looking for sympathy and votes.

Ouch.

Without her Human Shield, Palin is just another defenseless, stupid bigot.

Brava, Andrea Fay. It’s about time someone told the Alaskan Transcontinental Gasbag that the DS community doesn’t need her smarmy “advocacy.”

The dudgeon, it is going to be HIGH.

I think the theory on how she named Trig is credible.

Is the new term for being mentally handicapped “Palin American?”

Remind me?

would like to register for the site….visited site and forums daily until recently…..membership is now required.  thanks in advance.

@gimme—It’s a queasy meme that’s been floated concerning the abbreviation for “Trisomy G,” a medical term for Down’s.

God damn it, I fucking hate The Family Guy.  LOATHE it.  Now on top of everything else, Sarah Fucking Palin has to make me give it some props.  FTW.

I guess truth hurts, doesn’t it Palin?

Freeper Reaction: People with Down’s Syndrome can’t write letters on their own, and are too dumb to know they’re being manipulated by Evil Cartoon Producers.

I think it’s clear who won the internets this week.  Well played, Ms. Friedman.

Not only is Ms. Friedman an excellent actress, she’s a wise woman.

Clearly it is time to attack her parents for allowing evil LIEburul Hollywood to exploit her.

I look forward to Michelle Malkin’s breathless dispatch on the composition of the Friedman family’s countertops.
