Sweetheart, Get Me ReHash: Daily Caller reveals Liberal JournoList Full Of Liberals!
Shirley who? The Daily Caller has its mitts on a story that will really set the world on fire, and it’s not letting go just to front-page what the rest of America is talking about, even though scooping Andrew “Big Slander” Breitbart ought to be quite a feather in Tucker Carlson’s Homberg! No, not when the Caller is in possession of this treasure trove of questionably-obtained private emails proving, proving, that in private, liberal journalists have liberal opinions!
For instance, as breathlessly revealed by the Caller’s Jonathan Strong, after ABC’s George Stephanopolous asked Obama to enter a Why I Love America pie-eating contest with big-mouthed contender Jeremiah Wright (mischaracterized by Strong for some reason as “tough questioning”), they plotted to KILL! stories about Wright. They would do this by conspiring together to publish an open letter. Some remote corner of the country might still be unaware of Wright’s existence if these vile liberal bastards had had their perfidious way. And one of the techniques a couple of writers at the Nation discussed for deflecting attention from Wright was by calling conservatives racists——well, except for the non-racist ones like Douthat who don’t deserve it. That last part was mentioned further down in the article, but let’s not think about that now—don’t you see? They were discussing calling conservatives like Rappin’ Karl Rove racists! Although other conservatives weren’t racists!
Sorry I didn’t include a spoiler warning, because that’s about the extent of the juiciness in the Daily Caller article, other than the rather pervy delight expressed by the whole enterprise in their ability to pick and choose among embarrassing snippets of uncensored ramblings. How delicious to, say, redden the face of such media powerhouses as the Limbaugh-hating NPR reporter who astonished herself with the intensity of her dislike. Well, yes, “eyes bugging out” may indicate something more than dislike. Why would anybody wish Rush ” hungry children should just dumpster-dive” Limbaugh ill? It’s sad to see. Or feverishly snoop on.
Liberally opinionated columnist Michael Tomasky comes out sounding like the brute he is:
This isn’t about defending Obama. This is about how the [mainstream media] kills any chance of discourse that actually serves the people.
And he suggests “throwing chairs!” To get the call! Not only that, when asked for a response, he unblushingly stood behind his words, the hypocrite. And Chris Shays suggested that the Iraqi war and civil liberties abuses and torture were more important issues than Wright, and he wouldn’t take it back, either! What is wrong with these secret conspirators? We have hundreds of emails, I tell ya, hundreds! Of them. Those Liberals. Rat Cheer. At the Caller. Yip.
