What does Jessica Simpson mean at the end when she says, “I don’t care if they’re pink with blue polka-dots as long you’re American and love America.” Is she letting the singer know she’s cool with him even though he’s black or did I miss something in the lyrics?

Kevin, Jessica is absolutely, how do they say it? Down with the Colored Folks—er, Folks of Color. She just got overexcited what with not usually seeing them in person, just Creflo Dollar on the TV.

That and the unaccustomed activity of moving her lower limbs. She was probably seeing blue polka-dots just from that.

He fits the profile of the eccentric (other end of the spectrum) uncle/Alan Keyes worshiping brothers.  And WTF, was that a ponytail I saw under his hat?  And of course she’s not a racist…she just doesn’t know she’s surrounded by them.  No respectable racist (maybe an ignorantly unaware racist) would get up and make that announcement.
