Someone should have told me that President Obama, liberals, progressives, and/or democrats ruined my life when I was living under segregation in the 1950s and 1960s.  I recall clearly the day that President Lyndon Johnson (D) signed the Civil Rights Act in 1964.  He’s talking about white people having to pay for this or that, but he forgot to mention that people like my parents, myself, and my siblings all own and/or have owned homes and paid taxes to support this country, and we’re not complaining.  Heck, my parents owned all of the homes in which my siblings and I were raised, beginning in the 1950s.  Since I’m a retired teacher who taught social studies for 33 years, I’m recommending that he takes refresher courses in world history, civics, and U.S. History because he sounds like his information comes from Beck U.
