The general view that all men with ponytails suck holds true

Stop staring at my follicles.

Apparently Air America decided to give their vacant prime afternoon drive-time slot (post-Randi Rhodes) to Ron Kuby.  I’ve tried listening a few times, but my testicles kept aggressively burrowing up to my neck (I have no idea what that means, but that’s actually what happened). The show is called “Doing Time with Ron Kuby.” Can I opt for the lethal injection? Good christ, is he the suck.

I hate the radios.

MORE: In more bad radio-based news, WNYC, our local NPR stattion, has dropped one of my favorite radio shows “Fair Game” from their rotation. My wife and I were huge fans, and used to listen to it habitually every evening.  If our marriage fails, WNYC and NPR, our blood is on your hands.

I think you must give an exception to the ponytail rule to Penn Gillette of Penn and Teller.

Ron Kuby?  Does anyone outside of the tri-state NY area even know who this guy is?  Christ, they could have kept Rosanne on.

I’m so done with them...XM’s version of AA is at least a little better - from 3-6 they have Randi R on from Nova.  I’ve sorta forgiven her.

Billy, you’re a good man.  If it’s any consolation, I’ve got a goatee, so just swap that in for the header and point at me and laugh.  I deserve it.

ts, yeah, Kuby the lawyer I like.  Kuby the radio host, not so much. Plus, I forgot to mention in the post that in his short tenure at Air America he’s already had Taylor Marsh on twice.

Gray ponytails are evil.

And as for NPR, The Takeaway sucks, too.

Yeah, I listened to it for the first time this morning and you’re right.

Air America needs to start developing their own talent, or holding a contest among listeners to see how would make the best prime time host, or something… All the people they pick to host seem to suck.  I never thought Rhodes was that great, and if this guy has Taylor Marsh on as a guest, that automatically disqualifies him from not sucking.
