The New Agenda’s Walks of Shams

The New Agenda’s Amy Siskind yesterday at The Huffington Post (from a post originally titled “Is the GOP Becoming the Party of and for Women?”):

The sexism the 2008 election will forever change the political landscape. Millions of women voters, be they registered Democrats or newly-minted Independents, no longer feel that they have a home in the Democratic Party. If the Democratic Party does not yet realize this, the Republican Party does!

Ummm, yeah, they sure do:

JASON MATTERA, Human Events editor: “You know what gave Billl Clinton the most satisfaction when walking his daughter down the aisle? It wasn’t sending off Chelsea in holy matrimony. It was scoping out the talent in the room. As he’s walking down the aisle can’t you picture him contemplating, “I’ll take that honey at 1:05 AM. I’ll take that one thirty seconds later.” Then there’s the walk of shame back to his bed with Hillary. And getting in bed with Hillary is probably one of the biggest walks of shames [sic] there is.”

Why does Amy always characterize the seven commenters on the NAG Web site as “millions of women”?

You’re the sexist pig, Kevin, for pointing out someone else’s sexism.  No better way to prove your xxx-ist self than trying to fob it off on someone else.  You’d think with all the effort Britefart, et al, have put into showing us how to avoid this revelation you might learn something, but no…

Remember - the Publicans desperately wanted Hillary to run in 08 - which proves that they are more feminist that the Democratic party by far.

You’re the sexist pig, Kevin, for pointing out someone else’s sexism.

That pretty much sums up the primaries for me.

I have to reprint the funniest comment from the HuffPo thread (h/t Oblomova):

Little known fact that should be mentioned. On Sarah Palin’s right hand she had Todd write in permanent marker: “Aimee Siskund = stalker! donut invite in!!! :-( ”

Whenever I see the name “Human Events” I think of them as having a Kang & Kodos thing going on, like they’re space-wingnuts trying to hide in plain sight.

“VISIT OUR WEBSITE. ‘WHY,’ YOU ASK IMPERTINENTLY? BECAUSE IT IS ABOUT EVENTS THAT HAVE HAPPENED, OR MAY HAPPEN IN THE FUTURE, TO HUMANS SUCH AS YOURSELF. UH, I MEAN SUCH AS US.”

Why does Amy always characterize the seven commenters on the NAG Web site as “millions of women”?

She’s using PUMA math. Which, unlike the real kind, isn’t sexist!

Every time these sad little people open their pie holes about their impending political victory, I am reminded of the Black Knight.

And now there’s a front-page post over at NAG from their token Obama supporter going on and on about how women are just trailing Grizzly Mama like a line of cubs after a mess of salmon-entrails.

Do these people not know how to read polls? Palin’s hardcore fan base was immediately smitten and stayed that way. But a majority think she’s an unqualified doofus, and women by larger margins then men hold that opinion.

Funny, that. I’m reminded of 2008.

It remains amusing to me that Siskind and the PUMAs went from “Hillary Clinton is the ONLY woman who matters!” (because they certainly didn’t exist as “feminist” organizations until they realized Hillary and her team had blown the “inevitable” nomination) to “Any vagina is good enough for me!” Somehow, I think I can skip lectures on “feminism” from that crowd. Though it is fun to see Amy get her ass kicked every time she shows up on HuffPo. You’d think that the head of an organization that is a “voice for all women” could muster more than one or two lackluster defenders on a blog that isn’t her own.

But a majority think she’s an unqualified doofus, and women by larger margins then men hold that opinion.

Sexist brainwashed wymyn-hating fembots, the lot of them!

Funny, that. I’m reminded of 2008.

Also2.

She’s using PUMA math. Which, unlike the real kind, isn’t sexist!

And to ensure that it isn’t sexist, PUMA math forbids the use of Arabic numerals!

PUMA math forbids the use of Arabic numerals!

ARABIC SUCKS!!!!

Joe. My. God. pokes fun at one of Amy’s equally confused PUMA pals.

Dude, you should have included a Trigger Alert.

Qu*sling is an ugly, ugly term.
