That’s Jeremy Clarkson, probably best known in the USA via his UK show Top Gear, which airs on BBC America and is often a pretty entertaining car show.

Part of his schtick is to think concerns about environmental problems are ridiculous, which is a subtext of this stunt here.

Kev, you may want to consider making this a post ... it’s a first-hand account of what the surge actually looked and sounded like.

I love the show Top Gear and I don’t even own a car.  It’s pretty damn funny, and I highly recommend it.
P.S. I still hate the Three Stooges but I would like my “he-man women haters club” card back…Humboldt?
