I’m not sure I’ve ever seen the Oprah show live, but of course, as a TV-owning American, I’ve seen snippets of her interviews for years. I always got the feeling that she could have a “girlfriend, let’s talk” moment with anyone—Kim Jong Il, Ted Bundy, Satan himself, etc. She can always coax some warmth out of the interviewee—share a human moment together, which is perhaps how she rose from obscurity to gazillionaire-hood. But I didn’t see that happen today. Maybe Palin really IS the Frozen Cheesecake Goddess.

I will never forgive her for blaming Bush that McCain lost.

Hah, that was fun to read through!  She doesn’t come on here for another 3 or 4 minutes so at least I’ve had a preview!  Thank goodness, too, because our cable has been out most of the day.  Would have had a cow if it hadn’t come up - not over missing Palin on Oprah (who, for the record, I have never, ever seen) but because I’ve got an auction ending on E-bay in about an hour.  Yes, I am an E-bay attic too.  I badly need to be able to get out of the house again and start getting back to some normal pursuits! ;-).

There seems to be a “Sheya Hanstater” who composes and performs Chassidic music. Uncorroborated longshot guess: Maybe she thinks Sarah will be a better friend to Israel than Obama. Or maybe it’s just infatuation.
