Whisker Bean
I just discovered that my cat Hubcap really loves Great Northern beans. She just ate four in rapid succession (normally she’s good for 2 to 3 beans). For those of you keeping track at home, here’s the current tally:
Beans Hubcap loves:
- Garbanzo beans (chick peas)
- Black beans
- Red kidney beans
- Small Red beans (frijoles rojos pequenos)
- Great Northern beans
- Freebie and the Bean (she loves the part where James Caan and Alan Arkin crash their car into that old couple’s apartment)
Beans Hubcap hates:
- Lima beans
- Jelly beans
- L.L. Bean (their overuse of earth tones makes her furry-ous*)
* It took me about twenty minutes to decide whether to use that or not. My humblest apologies if it offended you.
